My sister and I employed the expert services of Julie Schulte Maddox to help us sell our family home in Palos Verdes Estates. What a pleasure to work with Julie during the fall of 2011! Neither my sister nor I had ever sold a house before, but Julie made the whole process positive and efficient. Due to Julie's efforts, we had an offer that resulted in the sale for our mother 's home in less than four weeks on the market (during the slowest quarter of the sales year, no less).
Julie knew just what was required to help us prepare an older house for sale. Her extensive pool of contacts provided the workers needed to make repairs and improvements.
